• If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan.
• Your account then moves back to the Free plan.
• The 7 days count from the date of the payment. A request received after 7 days is not eligible.

2What is not refunded

• Monthly renewal payments after the first payment for a plan.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the payment.
• The unused days of a month after you cancel (see our Cancellation Policy).
• Accounts suspended or closed because they broke our Terms of Service (for example, by sending spam).

3Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was taken but your plan was not activated, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the extra or failed payment in full, even after the 7 days.

4How to ask for a refund

Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form from your account's email address. Include the payment date and amount, or the payment ID from your payment confirmation. We reply within 1 business day.

5Refund mode and timing

• Refund mode: refunds are paid only to the original payment method (the same card, UPI, net banking account or wallet). We do not refund in cash or to a different account.
• Duration: an approved refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
• After that, your bank or card issuer may take a few more working days to show it in your account. That time depends on them, not on us.
• Refunds are paid in the same currency as the payment (Indian Rupees, INR).
