InstaMessage is an online service, so nothing is shipped. Your plan is delivered to your account.

InstaMessage is a software service used online, through our website and API. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
1How the service is delivered
- When your payment succeeds, the paid plan is activated on your InstaMessage account.
- You use it by logging in to the website and through our API. There is nothing to download or to receive by post.
- We also email you a confirmation of your plan.
2Delivery time
- Your plan is usually active within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- In every case it is activated within 24 hours of the payment.
- If your plan is not active within 24 hours, contact us with your payment details. We will activate it, or refund the payment under our Refund Policy.
3Where it is available
The service is delivered online and can be used from anywhere with an internet connection. No delivery or shipping charges apply.
